  8.               This program is designed to run at the DOS prompt, but
  9.          following is detailed instructions on how it can be run from
  10.          Windows 3.0, 3.1 and 3.11 for Workgroups, and from Windows95.
  11.  
  12.               The first thing you should do, as with all computer
  13.          software, is to make a back-up copy of this disk and put the
  14.          original away.  Use the copy as your installation work disk.
  15.          (Refer to your DOS operational manual if you need help in
  16.          copying a disk).
  17.  
  18.               If you are unfamiliar with DOS commands and do
  19.          everything using Windows, go to the next section titled
  20.          Installing From Windows.
  21.  
  22.                              INSTALLING FROM DOS
  23.                              -------------------
  24.  
  25.          (1)  Boot-up your computer and place the program disk in
  26.          the floppy drive.  At the system prompt type:
  27.  
  28.                                   A:INSTALL
  29.  
  30.          then press the <enter> key (whereas A should be the letter of
  31.          the floppy drive containing the program disk).
  32.  
  33.          (2)  The default program directory is C:\SLM30 - press the
  34.          <enter> key to confirm this directory is okay, or edit the
  35.          name to a directory of your choice, then press <enter>.
  36.  
  37.          (3)  If directory does not exist, program will ask if okay to
  38.          create this directory <y/n>?  Confirm okay by pressing the Y
  39.          key and pressing <enter>.
  40.  
  41.          (4)  The program files will now be transferred to your hard
  42.          drive, then a notice will appear that Super Lotto-Master Gold
  43.          3.0 is now installed.
  44.  
  45.          (5)  Press the <ESC> key to exit the install program.
  46.  
  47.          (6)  Remove the floppy disk from the computer.
  48.  
  49.          (7)  DOS prompt will show name of directory where program has
  50.          been installed.  To run program now, type GO and press
  51.          <enter>.
  52.  
  53.          (8)  To run program later, at the DOS prompt type CD\SLM30
  54.          and press <enter>, then at the C:\SLM30 prompt type GO and
  55.          press <enter>.
  56.  
  57.           INSTALLING FROM WINDOWS 3.0, 3.1, OR 3.11 FOR WORKGROUPS
  58.           --------------------------------------------------------
  59.  
  60.          (1)  Place the install disk in the floppy drive.
  61.  
  62.          (2)  Start MicroSoft Windows.
  63.  
  64.          (3)  If any windows are open, close all windows except the
  65.          PROGRAM MANAGER window.
  66.  
  67.          (4)  Single click your mouse on FILE (in the upper left
  68.          corner of the PROGRAM MANAGER window).
  69.  
  70.          (5)  Single click on NEW.
  71.  
  72.          (6)  The PROGRAM GROUP button should be highlighted and the
  73.          words PROGRAM GROUP should be selected.  (If not, click on
  74.          PROGRAM GROUP).
  75.  
  76.          (7)  Single click on OK.
  77.  
  78.          (8)  Under DESCRIPTION, type in Super Lotto-Master Gold 3.0.
  79.  
  80.          (9)  Single click OK.  You should now see an open window
  81.          with the title "Super Lotto-Master Gold 3.0."
  82.  
  83.          (10) Leave this new window open and single click you mouse
  84.          on FILE on the PROGRAM MANAGER window.

  86.          (11) Single click on RUN.
  87.  
  88.          (12) Under COMMAND LINE, type in A:\INSTALL (whereas "A"
  89.          should be the letter of the floppy drive where the Super
  90.          Lotto-Master disk is located.
  91.  
  92.          (13) Single click your mouse on OK.
  93.  
  94.          (14) The default program directory is C:\SLM30 - press the
  95.          <enter> key to confirm this directory is okay, or edit the
  96.          name to a directory of your choice, then press <enter>.

  98.          (15) If directory does not exist, program will ask if okay to
  99.          create this directory <y/n>?  Confirm okay by pressing the Y
  100.          key and pressing <enter>.

  102.          (16) The program files will now be transferred to your hard
  103.          drive, then a notice will appear that Super Lotto-Master Gold
  104.          3.0 is now installed.

  106.          (17) Press the <ESC> key to exit the install program.

  108.          (18) Single click your mouse on FILE.
  109.  
  110.          (19) Single click on NEW.
  111.  
  112.          (20) The PROGRAM ITEM should be highlighted.  (If not, single
  113.          click on PROGRAM ITEM).

  115.          (21) Single click on OK.
  116.  
  117.          (22) Under DESCRIPTION type in Super Lotto-Master Gold 3.0.
  118.  
  119.          (23) Press the TAB key on your keyboard.
  120.  
  121.          (24) Under COMMAND LINE type in GO.BAT then press the TAB
  122.          key.

  124.          (25) Under WORKING DIRECTORY type in C:\SLM30 (whereas "C"
  125.          should be the correct letter of your hard drive, and SLM30
  126.          should be the correct name of the directory (if you did not
  127.          use the default directory during the install).
  128.  
  129.          (26) Single click on OK.
  130.  
  131.          (27) An ICON for Super Lotto-Master Gold 3.0 has now been
  132.          placed inside the open window.
  133.  
  134.          (28) To run the program, double click on the SUPER LOTTO-
  135.          MASTER GOLD 3.0 icon.
  136.  
  137.               Please remove your installation disk from the floppy
  138.          drive and store it safely with your other program disks.

  140.                            INSTALLING FROM WINDOWS95
  141.                            -------------------------
  142.  
  143.          (1)  Place the install disk in the floppy drive.
  144.  
  145.          (2)  Start MicroSoft Windows-95.
  146.  
  147.          (3)  Click mouse on START.
  148.  
  149.          (4)  Click mouse on RUN.
  150.  
  151.          (5)  Type A:\INSTALL (whereas "A" should be the letter of the
  152.          floppy drive where the Super Lotto-Master Gold disk is
  153.          located).
  154.  
  155.          (6)  Click mouse on OK.  (You may now need to maximize the
  156.          window by clicking the up-arrow in the upper righthand
  157.          corner of the window).
  158.  
  159.          (7)  The default program directory is C:\SLM30 - press the
  160.          <enter> key to confirm this directory is okay, or edit the
  161.          name to a directory of your choice, then press <enter>.
  162.  
  163.          (8)  If directory does not exist, program will ask if okay to

  182.          drive and store it safely with your other program disks.
